Our Recurring Payments tab, located under the Reporting section of the Scratch Payments Dashboard, provides practices with a report of all clients with upcoming, completed and canceled recurring payments. Within this section, practices can filter data by dates, or search for a specific client name or ID.

Utilize the search function to locate specific payment plans, or download reports as needed using the Export text, located on the right of the screen. If enabled, you can also select the New Recurring Payment button in the top right hand side of the screen to create a new payment plan for one or more clients.
