How do Clients Confirm Appointments?
Clients receive appointment confirmation emails & SMS from Scratch in the 2-weeks leading up to their appointment date.
When they click Confirm in the email or reply C to the SMS, the appointment will change to "Confirmed" in your AVImark.
The client will no longer receive appointment confirmation reminders from Scratch. We will send them a courtesy reminder the day before their appointment, as well as a follow-up email the day after.
