Appointments User Guide

Scratch's Appointments feature enables clients to book their own appointments directly on your AVImark calendar, or request appointments for your review, using a form on your practice website.

You can choose between direct booking or appointment request based on the appointment reason and type of client (e.g. new or existing). You can also require deposits.
