Getting Ready for Go-Live
Scratch will start sending reminders out to your clients on your Go-Live date, which is set during your Onboarding Call.
There's only 1 requirement to go live: please keep the Scratch desktop app open on 2 computers at all times. This allows us to sync the latest information on your clients' reminders & appointments.
Other than that, you're ready to go!
To change your Go-Live date, please contact partners@scratchpay.com.
