Editing User Information & Permissions
To edit a staff member's information on your Scratch Dashboard, ensure you are logged in as a hospital manager.
Click the Users button under the Management section of the left-hand side of your dashboard, and find the specific user you would like to edit.
Scroll to the right, locating the View column and select the Arrow icon
From this screen you can update their email, reset their password, affiliate them to a new practice, and change their role.
