Staff | Access to the portal for all day-to-day actions: taking payments, requesting payments, reporting, and issuing refunds Note: Staff level users cannot add users of any type | Hospital Manager and above levels can add by visiting here |
Hospital Manager | All permissions of Staff, plus ability to add Staff and other Hospital Manager users | Hospital Manager and above levels can add by visiting here |
Regional Manager | Access to multiple practices with Hospital Manager permissions | Administrators at your group can add, OR you can contact your specific Scratch Account Manager. If you don't know who that is, please email partners@scratchpay.com |
Administrator | Access to multiple practices with ability to add ALL above user types, plus a special suite of network-wide reporting | Administrators at your group can add, OR you can contact your specific Scratch Account Manager.
