Note: Staff level users cannot add users of any type

Hospital Manager

All permissions of Staff, plus ability to add Staff and other Hospital Manager users

Hospital Manager and above levels can add by visiting here

Regional Manager

Access to multiple practices with Hospital Manager permissions

Administrators at your group can add, OR you can contact your specific Scratch Account Manager. If you don't know who that is, please email partners@scratchpay.com

Administrator 

Access to multiple practices with ability to add ALL above user types, plus a special suite of network-wide reporting
