Priority Call List
Use the Priority Call List to reach out to clients with overdue treatments. The date range allows you to prioritize those most likely to schedule an appointment. We list the email and SMS reminders sent to that client in the last 30 days, along with the overdue and upcoming treatments for each pet.
Managing your Priority Call List
As you go through the Priority Call List results, you can update the status of each client by clicking on the drop down at the bottom of the right hand panel to signal to other staff the status of each:
