Scratch/Vetspire Extension User Guide

To process a payment using the Scratchpay Payments Vetspire Extension:

1. In Vetspire, locate the client and patient you would like to complete a payment for.

2. Click Billing.

3. Click New Payment. The Vetspire checkout window will appear to process payment

4. Change the Amount, and remember to press Save

5. Select Paid with Scratch Pay as the payment method. Click the Scratch Payment Button to trigger the Scratch extension modal

6. The Scratch Payments Chrome extension pop up will appear.

7. Process the payment using the card reader terminal, manual card entry, or saved card options. Once the payment has been collected, a Payment Successful notification will appear.

8. Click the Receipt button if the payment needs to be printed.

9. Click Close and the payment will be recorded in Vetspire.
